The New Year has OFFICIALLY begun! [I just realized I dont like the word officially. I'm good with official, but officially?] But if you haven't noticed, the first day of the New Year was 1/1/11. 1111. One/One/OneOne. :D
ANYWAYS,
My New Year's Eve was pretty interesting. I went to Howard's house for a party and met his cousin Jared who needs to be my official guitar player, and the rest of Howard's family. When I first walked in I heard Howard's uncle ask if I was his new girlfriend, and also his Aunt, but that's all. Though apparently throughout the party everybody kept asking if I was his girlfriend. But for the record, NO, I am not his girlfriend, and that would never ever happen in this entire world because Howard is my brother. Think about it. Ladies, would you date your brother? The only other interesting thing at the party was this guy that was there who reminded me of a previous boy to my liking. But nothing else will be said on the topic. Needless to say, I had fun.
Now, last night I spent some time thinking of my New Year's Resolutions. Here are a few, but some I'd like to keep to myself (:
- Play tennis at least 3 times a week [when weather permits]
- Take my parents suggestion and actually read SUCCESS magazine
- Pipe 3 perfect roses in a minute
- Write 3 songs [because lately, I've been slacking in that area. The last song I wrote -not including my friend's poem which I turned into a song- was at the beginning of sophomore year. 2009]
