Have You Ever...

...seen the rain?
I want to know, have you ever seen the rain
Coming down on a cloudy day?
Yesterday, and days before
Sun is cold and rain is hard
I know,
Been that way for all my time
'Til forever, on it goes
Through the circle, fast and slow
I know,
It can't stop, I wonder.

-- Creedence Clearwater Revival

So I never really got the message of that song, and my face is too numb to even think about it. I like the tune of it though :D For some reason it makes me feel like dancing. Not like crazy, jumping around dancing or doing the cha-cha or mambo or anything like that, but it makes me feel like dancing. If you know what i mean (: Oh and if you don't know this song, CLICK HERE. And if you can't appreciated this song, then I'm sorry, I don't know what your problem is. Also, your life means nothing. Just kidding :D
Oh, and YES, I did say MY FACE IS TOO NUMB. Well, the left side is anyway. Wanna know why? Well today I went to the dentist to get fillings. Yep. I had 6 cavities. Actually, right now still have 2. They did the ones on my left side today, which is why the left side of my face is numb. I swear, it's all the way up to my eye, and it feels uber funny. Anywhooo, so after my appointment, got a smoothie at Juice It Up! because I was RAVENOUS and I'm not allowed to have solids...only liquids right now. Then, I went to Winco! Now normally I have a absofreakinglutely fantastic time every single time I go grocery shopping [and if you don't, you haven't learned how to live yet] but today I found myself not having as much fun as I normally do. Why, you may ask? Well first of all, people kept staring at me. And jsyk, I really don't like it when people stare at me. It makes me uncofortable. And at Winco it wasn't just a few people that would stare, it was everyone that I walked by! I was freaking out until i figured it out. I passed one of those mirrors by all the snacks and you know what I saw? I saw my face. Except it wasn't really. It was like the left side of my face was a balloon and someone had filled it up with helium. [I am exaggerating. Just a little =P] And it's not just that! I was drinking my smoothie right? But because the left side of my lips were numb, it looked wierd when I would sip from the straw. My face was basically a distorted mess. And all ya'll reading this, it's okay if you laugh. Cause I wouldn't be posting this if I didn't know how to laugh at myself! Hahahahahaah :D
Anyways, you know what I'm not excited for? I'm not excited for the time when I start to regain feeling in the left side of my face. Because I figure it'll be like any other body part that goes numb. When it starts to regain its consciousness my face will start tingling like crazy, and I think my teeth will feel pain from all the scraping and drilling that my lovely dentist who I'm not afraid of at all did. Actually, in truth, I HATE THE DENTIST. I mean, don't you find it weird when you're looking up and you see people examining your mouth. Your face. Your whatever! See, when I go to the dentist, I like to look up, like, way up. Up way beyond the people working on my mouth so I don't have to see their eyes. Or better yet, I close my eyes. And I start thinking of lovely things. But of course, the dentist always ruins it. They ruin everything. Except your teeth.
But now that ya'll know that I've had 6 cavities at one time, you can all know that I will be brushing my teeth after every meal. After every single thing I eat. When I wake up in the morning even though I haven't eaten anything! I can already see the future. I will be as anal about brushing my teeth as Katy Perry is. Except she, unlike me, had 13 cavities at one time. But now that I've experienced this tingling pain and numbness on the left side of my face, I've decided that I never ever EVER want to experience this again.
So yes, there you have it.
Time to go...be studious and do my AP homework!
