Friends come and go, but family is always there. :) Yeeeee?
Funny how friends hurt other friends without even knowing it. Like nothing happened. Si?
So anyway I'm currently attending summer school at CSUB, and we had a guess there named Dr. Wall. He's actually pretty famous. He has met Oprah, Martin Luther King Jr., and he even worked for President Kennedy. Amazing, right? :) Haha. Dr. Wall is the founder of the Random Acts of Kindness (foundation? Idk what it really is. I just know that he created it.) It's pretty cool though. He realized that there's been millions of news concerning about violence. One news station even named it the Random Acts of Violence. So, obviously he changed the last word into Kindness. :) He said that people should start doing random acts of kindness, even little things like making cookies for someone who needs some cheering up. He also said that people should surround themselves with people who make them happy because that's where the first "kind act" happens. People shouldn't surround themselves with others who treat them like crap and whatnot.. And it makes sense because there's no point in surrounding themselves with negative people. Yeahh? :) As I was processing his words, I realized that this is what I've been doing. I had a very profound epiphany, actually. I've put myself in a situation where some would compare me and some would make me feel inferior, like they like to think that they're better than others.. Which is stupid btw. :) In conclusion, I'm going to start following Dr. Wall's advice. :D
Going back to the Random Acts of Kindness:
--I saw Evan Almighty yesterday. Toward the end of the movie, God said something about kindess, but he called it the Acts of Random Kindness (ARK; funny coz the ark was the basis of the movie). I quickly thought of Dr. Wall because of his foundation. Ahahaha:))
On a side note:
